Accommodation Packaged Tiers
Here at Nam Yang, we’re dedicated to providing the best experience possible for each one of our students no matter their age, background, or which corner of the world they come from.
Because different people come to us with different desires, expectations, and resources, we’ve created 2 different packaged tiers to choose from in order for you to find the best fit for you: Budget or Standard.
You will find a description of each below.
Budget: Shared Room
The name says it all! If you are looking to save money, set aside luxury comforts, and focus completely on your Kung Fu & Qigong training, then the Budget Package is for you.
You will be able to enjoy all of the usual training classes (from 6am to 6pm), the daily breakfasts and training day dinners, and the networking and self-growth opportunities, while living in one of our standard Shared Rooms.
Our Shared Rooms are made of bamboo walls, and have 2 twin-sized beds in them fitted with a mosquito net and thin “warrior style” mattresses. They come equipped with a tall, open clothes shelf, a small desk, 2 chairs, wall mounted fan, a main light and reading light, mosquito nets above the beds, and ensuite rooms for the toilet/sink and shower.
There is also the option to book a Double Room for, you guessed it, double the price!
This is a perfect option for couples, and is significantly more comfortable. The amenities are the same as our shared rooms, except for that it is fitted with a double bed and a closed wardrobe. These rooms are located furthest away from the centre of the Retreat which gives a quieter feel, a little more privacy, and awesome views.
Both options have a large open porch connected to the other shared rooms that provides a gorgeous view of the fields and mountains of Pai, and of course full access to all training, classes, and meals
The price for this package does not cover much more than our operating expenses however, so there is no uniform included, and no additional private classes, gradings, etc, (These can be booked seperatly! Just ask us.),

Our Standard Package tier is a considerable upgrade from Budget due to the fact that it comes with your own Private Room.
Not only do they provide the comfort of privacy and solitude, they are also built with concrete tiled walls making them cooler and quieter. The mattresses are substantially thicker and more comfortable, and they are located off to the side of the retreat which gives them a bit of a more peaceful energy. They come equipped with a closed wardrobe, a small desk, chair, wall mounted fan, a main light and reading light, mosquito net above the bed, and ensuite shower & toilet room.
