100 Hour Intensive Teacher Certification Course - 2 Weeks
This is our most condensed course: for those who can genuinely only spare 2 weeks and are prepared to work hard. It focuses on Tong Ling Qigong and Bodhidharma’s Vein-Tendon Qigong - two simple but very effective Qigong systems - and quickly raises you to a standard whereby you can teach these arts.
The cost is $2,590 in a Private Room or $1,850 in a Shared Room.
200 Hour Intensive Teacher Certification Course - 4 Weeks
A 200 hour certification is the standard typically required internationally. This is our standard Qigong teacher certification course.
It’s called intensive for a reason! We cram in a huge amount of learning, practising and refining. Many days involve 8 hours of learning. It is our mission, though, to teach you the real, undiluted arts and how to pass them on to your future students.
The cost is $4,620 in a Private Room or $3,300 in a Shared Room.

Fast track Internship - 12 Weeks
This is a trimmed-down internship for those who can not commit to a stay longer than 3 months. It begins with an intensive 200 hours teacher training course. This is followed by 8 weeks of ‘on the job’ training as a member of our celebrated teaching team. This training is provided by our most experienced teachers. Also, you will receive an extra 3-5 hours a week of advanced training for instructors only - usually delivered personally by Master Iain.
If you genuinely aspire to be a great teacher but have only limited time available then this is the right choice for you.
The cost is $7,752 in a Private Room or $5,538 in a Shared Room.
Qigong and Internal Kung Fu Internship - 18 Weeks
This is our flagship Qigong teacher training option. If you have the time available, an internship with us will be a truly life-changing experience after which you will become a very different person.
After completing 200 hours of intensive teacher training, join our teaching team and teach here as a real junior instructor under the supervision and guidance of our very experienced teachers. Study is all very well, but there is no substitute for genuine experience. Our internships are about competence and confidence. By the time you finish, you will be an experienced teacher, ready to take on students of your own all around the world.
The cost is $8,801 in a Private Room or $6,287 in a Shared Room.

Qigong is perhaps the fastest-growing Eastern spiritual practice in the world. It has, for 4,000 years, enabled the Chinese to maintain health and vitality into advanced age. But in the West, it is seen as new and ‘exotic’.

We in the Nam Yang family have been teaching this esoteric art continuously for 70 years, over 3 generations of teachers. We know our arts! In line with the Chinese philosophical ideal, we teach a balanced program of hard and soft, moving and still, martial and non-martial, drawn from both Buddhist and Taoist teachings. We concentrate on the following systems:

We believe that the world needs these arts, more now than ever before. Hence we seek to train new teachers to deliver them.

Our Courses

Our courses are intense - because we are determined to bring the best out of our students. There are two components to our teaching courses:

  • Qigong Skills
  • Teaching Skills

Many courses put little emphasis on teaching skills but we know that they make all the difference when becoming a successful teacher.

Our Venue

Our retreat, nestled in the tranquil hills of northern Thailand has been described as “nothing short of awesome”. A bastion of serenity and, indeed sanity, when compared to the madness and threats of societal collapse across the Western World. Why settle for anything less?

Let’s be honest: this is going to be more than just a course! It is going to be an experience which will change your life-path forever and it will be one which you will remember for the rest of your life.

Our Certificates

We cut no corners and have spared no expense in creating what we genuinely believe are the best certificates that we could make. Because we believe that the graduates from our courses are the best and they deserve the best.

Why now?

The world is changing at a rate never seen before. Humanity is out of balance. You know it, we know it and we know that we need to do something about it. People are ready to be shown the way. There is a great demand for Qigong but a shortage of teachers. This is an opportunity that will never be repeated.
