with this very concentrated 8 week course giving a good basic grasp of Kung Fu and a certificate to prove it.
Upon passing this course you will be able to do :
- The first two routines of the Tiger – Crane combination art: Sum Chien and Tet Bay Sum Chien. These are the real Shaolin internal strength routines, taught in their full depth.
- The full 66 step Sun Frost Internal White Crane routine.
- Three weapon routines:
- Staff
- Tan Tow (Chinese broadsword)
- Cane
- Bodhidharma’s Vein-Tendon Chi Kung: Shaolin Chi Kung for strengthening the fascia and opening the joints.
- Tong Ling Chi Kung: for health and long life.
- Sticky hands and pushing hands.
- Stretching of the whole body.
- Meditation.
This course includes our Intensive Introductory Course for the first two weeks of training.
As part of the course you will be able to take the first two gradings (tests) of the Tiger – Crane combination art.
This course leads to a simple test. Passing the test leads to being awarded a certificate of Basic Competence in Chinese Kung Fu and gives access to our next level of training: the Intermediate Course.
Please understand that this is a very concentrated course. In order to pass the test you will need to train hard throughout the course, attend almost all of the lessons and practise between lesson times. If you need more time you may extend your stay beyond 8 weeks.
Passing this course gives access to the much more in depth intermediate certification course and also to the more advanced lessons. Having passed this then as student can train with the instructors in their dedicated instructor lessons taught personally by Master Iain.
