About the Course

A chance to train with Master Iain, get feedback, ask questions, and meet more of the Nam Yang community. 

Intended for those who have trained with us before and are looking to improve their ability.  This will be Master Iain’s only course in the UK during 2019.

Coaching on:

  • Sum Chien
  • The Tiger – Crane art
  • Shuang Yang
  • Tong Ling Chi Kung
  • Bodhidharma’s Vein Tendon Chi Kung
  • Pushing hands / sticky hands.
  • Shaolin weapons.

Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and seek feedback. 

Optional dinner on Saturday evening.

Optional grading after the finish on Sunday afternoon.

Cost £150 for the weekend or £80 / day.

Coaching on the Shuang Yang routine.

General advice on getting the best from the routine.

Talk on how to best manage your mind while practicing Shuang Yang.

Bodhidharma’s Vein Tendon Chi Kung:

Detailed explanation of the benefits of this system and how to do it so as to get the full benefit.

Saturday:

Using the stance like a suspension.

Developing the facia so as to transmit elastic strength through the whole body.
